What PeoplesPicks is
PeoplesPicks, operated by Global Signature LLC, is an informational sports and weather prediction and analytics service. We publish model-generated probabilities, predictions, analysis and historical results, and record them with their results on a public ledger. Everything on this site is informational content, not financial or investment advice.
We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, transmit, facilitate or settle wagers, we do not hold funds for wagers, and we do not pay prizes based on any sporting or weather outcome. A subscription is a fixed fee for access to this content. It is not a stake on any result, and we never pay money on any result. The one link between the record and your plan is the 54% promise below, which can only add free access.
The 54% promise
If the public ledger record for a calendar month finishes below 54%, every paid ledger plan that is active on the last day of that month is extended by one month at no charge. A member with more than one sport plan gets a free month on each.
The month's record counts every settled, non-voided ledger pick whose game was played in that month, on Eastern time, across all sports: wins divided by wins plus losses, with pushes left out. It is the same record shown on the public ledger.
We apply the extension within the first seven days of the following month; you do not need to ask. The extension is access only. It has no cash value, is never paid out or refunded, and does not apply to Advanced Strategies, which is judged on return rather than hit rate.
No guarantees
Predictions are probability estimates. They will be wrong often; losing streaks are statistically certain. Past results - even fully verified ones - do not guarantee future performance. Any decisions you make based on our content are yours alone.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Alerts
Alerts are optional. You turn each channel on yourself in your account settings, and we only message a channel you have switched on. Frequency depends on how many predictions publish, usually a few times a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them or HELP for help, or turn them off in your settings. An alert tells you a prediction has published; it is the same informational content as the rest of the site, and nothing in it is advice.
Text message alerts
Text alerts are sent by Global Signature LLC, trading as PeoplesPicks. Consenting to them is entirely optional and is not a condition of signing up or of using any part of the service. You do not give a phone number when you register, and every other feature works without one.
To receive them, an existing member enters a mobile number under alert settings on their account page and ticks a checkbox that is not pre-selected. The wording beside that checkbox reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Global Signature LLC (PeoplesPicks) at the number above. Messages tell me when a new sports or weather prediction publishes, typically a few times a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
- What you get: a text when a new sports or weather prediction publishes, and an occasional summary of how past predictions scored.
- How often: typically a few messages a week; it depends on how many predictions publish.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing for alerts.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also switch the channel off in your account settings at any time.
We never message a number that has not been entered and confirmed by its own account holder, and we do not buy, rent, or share numbers. Mobile information and consent for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Accounts and plans
An account is free and gives access to the settled record, the ledger verifier and the Model Lab. Picks for games still to play are provided under the paid plans listed on the plans page, billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe; each renews until cancelled from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The free launch window that opened the 2026 football season ended on September 21, 2026. One account per person; we may remove accounts that abuse the service.
Content & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or its content.
