What PeoplesPicks is
A sports prediction tips service, operated by Global Signature LLC. We publish model-driven picks and record them, with results, on a public ledger. Everything on this site is informational content - it is not financial or investment advice, and we are not a sportsbook and take no wagers.
No guarantees
Predictions are probability estimates. They will be wrong often; losing streaks are statistically certain. Past results - even fully verified ones - do not guarantee future performance. Any decisions you make based on our content are yours alone.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Alerts
Alerts are optional. You turn each channel on yourself in your account settings, and we only message a channel you have switched on. Frequency depends on how many predictions publish, usually a few times a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them or HELP for help, or turn them off in your settings. An alert tells you a prediction has published; it is the same informational content as the rest of the site, and nothing in it is advice.
Text message alerts
Text alerts are sent by Global Signature LLC, trading as PeoplesPicks. Consenting to them is entirely optional and is not a condition of signing up or of using any part of the service. You do not give a phone number when you register, and every other feature works without one.
To receive them, an existing member enters a mobile number under alert settings on their account page and ticks a checkbox that is not pre-selected. The wording beside that checkbox reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Global Signature LLC (PeoplesPicks) at the number above. Messages tell me when a new sports or weather prediction publishes, typically a few times a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
- What you get: a text when a new sports or weather prediction publishes, and an occasional summary of how past predictions scored.
- How often: typically a few messages a week; it depends on how many predictions publish.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing for alerts.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also switch the channel off in your account settings at any time.
We never message a number that has not been entered and confirmed by its own account holder, and we do not buy, rent, or share numbers. Mobile information and consent for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The free launch window
Membership is free of charge for the first two weeks of the 2026 football season. We may adjust or end the free window and introduce paid plans later; members will be told first. One account per person; we may remove accounts that abuse the service.
Content & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or its content.
