Commission tiers
Your rate is set by how many of your referred members are currently paying. It is blended, not bracketed. When you cross a threshold, the higher rate applies to everything you earn from then on, not just the members above the line.

How much do PeoplesPicks affiliates earn?
You earn 10% of subscription revenue from members you refer, rising to 20% once you have more than 10 paying members and 30% once you pass 25. The rate is blended, which means your band applies to everything you earn, not just the members above the threshold.
How long do I keep earning for each member?
For as long as they stay subscribed. Commission is lifetime recurring, so a member you refer once keeps paying you every billing cycle they remain active. There is no 30-day window and no cap.
When do commission rates change, and will I be warned?
If we ever change the tiers, you are emailed and notified in your dashboard before it happens, and the new rates take effect no sooner than 24 hours after that notice. Commission you have already earned is never recalculated - each one records the rate that applied at the time.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your unique link, your custom signup code, or your downloadable QR code. Attribution is first touch and permanent: whoever referred a member first keeps them, and a member is only ever attributed to one affiliate.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission accrues in your dashboard as members pay. Once your approved balance clears the minimum payout threshold, we send it to the payout method on your account in US dollars.
What happens if a member I referred asks for a refund?
That commission is reversed, and if it was already paid it comes off your next payout. A member who stops paying also stops counting toward your tier. We do not pay commission on revenue we do not keep.
Do I need an audience to join?
The program is invite-only right now, so we onboard partners individually rather than accepting open applications. If you write about sports, run a community, or make sports content, get in touch and tell us about your audience.
What can I promise people about the picks?
Nothing about outcomes. Predictions are probability estimates and losing runs are certain. You must disclose that you earn commission, and you must not promise winnings or guaranteed results. What you can point to is our public ledger - every pick timestamped before the event and settled in the open, wins and losses alike.
