The headline matchup is Los Angeles at New York, with Yoshinobu Yamamoto facing Cam Schlittler in game one of a listed doubleheader (game two is TBD/TBD). A doubleheader with an undefined second starter is a real source of uncertainty: bullpen availability and any spot-start or bulk arm can move a total or a side meaningfully, and a sharp model discounts confidence in the nightcap until the pitcher is named.

Colorado again warrants caution: Cincinnati's Hunter Greene at Ryan Feltner in Denver is a park where run environment and altitude inflate totals, and where model edges on overs and unders alike require larger margins before they clear the price. WNBA
Three games close out the pre-break week; the All-Star Break runs July 23-27, with the All-Star Game at Chicago's United Center on Saturday, July 25.
Los Angeles at Dallas (1 p.m., ABC) pairs the Wings (16-8) against the Sparks (10-14). Dallas opened last week with an overtime win in Seattle in which rookie Azzi Fudd scored a career-best 26 and Paige Bueckers added 27, but the Wings did not build on it, falling to Minnesota and Las Vegas. Chicago at Atlanta (4 p.m., CBS, Paramount+) carries a reunion angle. Atlanta (15-10) acquired Angel Reese from Chicago in the offseason, adding to a roster that won 30 games last season; the Sky arrive at 9-16. The record and roster gap point one direction, but reunion games can bring variance in usage and minutes that a disciplined model treats as noise, not signal.
Connecticut at Phoenix (7 p.m., ESPN) matches two of the league's lower-standing teams, the Sun (7-18) at the Mercury (8-18). With both records near the bottom, the model leans on pace, recent efficiency, and rest rather than standings alone, and the edge, if any, is likely to be modest.
For all three, we weigh pace, injury and rest reports, and the value in the number relative to our projection. Where the market already prices the standings gap fully, we pass.
